Join Us for an Evening of Impact, Inspiration, and Community!

Enjoy our football-themed evening of great company, delicious food, and entertainment — all while making an impact on the lives of many right here in our backyard. Your support of our "Game Plan for Good" will help us reach our fundraising goal and continue to provide vital healthcare, food, and support to thousands in our community.

Join us in your football jersey or collegiate attire as we kick off the 2025 football season! The CHO Jax Social returns with an exciting theme that brings together fun, community, and purpose

In 2024 alone, due to your generosity, we were able to:

• Provide 1,015 free medical and dental appointments to keep patients out of the Emergency Room.
• Supply $114,168 worth of prescriptions and over-the-counter medications to manage chronic conditions.
• Distribute 198,000 pounds of food to approximately 40,000 individuals in families to combat food insecurity.
• Share weekly baby care supplies/products to parents, including 1,243 cans of formula, 37,290 diapers, and 1,200 packs of hygienic wipes to improve infant health.
